The pioneer was the French company Salaun Evasion (Pouchkine tours). They made a tour from Brest to Vladivostok by bus and everyone could choose his own itinerary: to start in Brest and to finish in Moscow or to start in Tyumen and to finish in Irkutsk. Tourists spent nights at hotels and had sightseeing tours in the cities by local buses while French drivers had a rest.

PS Siberian highways are really good and along the roads it is easy to make a stop to have lunch in a cafe or just to take a rare picture to capture the Russian landscapes.
